(hereinafter referred to as \"FTBC\")<\/p>

1. scope of application<\/h3>

These conditions of participation apply to all Fine Time Business Club (FTBC) events.<\/p>

By registering for an event, participants accept these conditions of participation as binding. Any deviating agreements must be made in writing.<\/p>

If additional house rules apply to the respective event venue, participants will be informed of these before the start of the event.<\/p>

2. registration & conclusion of contract<\/h3>

Registration for FTBC events takes place via the respective online booking form on the website.<\/p>

Every registration is binding.
The contract is concluded as soon as the booking process has been completed and payment has been successfully made.<\/p>

If a registration cannot be accepted for organizational reasons (e.g. full booking or non-fulfillment of participation requirements), interested parties will be informed immediately.<\/p>

Anyone registering a third party warrants that they are authorized to do so and that they have obtained the necessary data protection consent.<\/p>

3. program changes & cancellation<\/h3>

The events are planned on a long-term basis. We reserve the right to make changes to the program (e.g. speakers, schedule, venue or dates) as long as these do not significantly change the overall character of the event.<\/p>

If an event has to be canceled for important reasons (e.g. illness, force majeure, official orders), the FTBC will inform the participants immediately by e-mail.<\/p>

In this case, any participation fees already paid will be refunded in full.
There are no further claims, in particular for reimbursement of travel, accommodation or loss of earnings costs.<\/p>

4. photo, video and sound recordings<\/h3>

FTBC or contracted service providers may make photo, video and sound recordings during events.<\/p>

Participants agree that these recordings may be used for documentation, editorial, marketing and public relations purposes (online and offline), in particular for websites, social media, newsletters and press work, without any time, space or material restrictions.<\/p>

If a participating person does not agree to this, the FTBC must be expressly informed of this on site.<\/p>

5 Cancellation & refund<\/h3>

Cancellation of participation by the participants is generally excluded, as this is a binding event booking.<\/p>

There is no entitlement to a refund of the participation fee, even in the event of non-participation or cancellation at short notice.<\/p>

The appointment of a substitute is possible after prior consultation with the FTBC.<\/p>

Statutory rights of withdrawal remain unaffected.<\/p>

6. data protection<\/h3>

Personal data is processed in accordance with the FTBC Privacy Policy, available at:
https:\/\/fine-time-business.de\/datenschutz<\/a><\/p>

If cooperation partners are named at individual events, personal data (e.g. name, e-mail address) may be passed on to them for organizational or information-related purposes, provided that appropriate consent has been given.
Revocation is possible at any time.<\/p>

7 Liability & force majeure<\/h3>

The FTBC shall be liable without limitation in the event of intent, gross negligence or damage resulting from injury to life, limb or health.<\/p>

Otherwise, FTBC shall only be liable in the event of a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time the contract was concluded.<\/p>

In the event of force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, official orders, strikes), FTBC is entitled to change, interrupt or cancel events.
In these cases, there is no entitlement to compensation.<\/p>

8. final provisions<\/h3>

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
The place of jurisdiction is - as far as legally permissible - Munich.<\/p>
